Ready-to-Ship Products

These items are kept in stock and available for immediate dispatch. Once an order is placed, they can be processed and delivered quickly, ensuring minimal wait time for the customer. Ready-to-ship products are ideal for customers who prioritize fast fulfillment and convenience. Products in the same order may ship separately. Shipping time: 5-7 business days.

 

Pre-Order Products

Pre-order items are not yet available for immediate shipping but can be reserved in advance. By placing a pre-order, customers secure their purchase ahead of release or restock. These products typically include an estimated shipping date, and in some cases, may offer exclusive early access or special editions. While fulfillment takes longer, pre-orders guarantee availability for high-demand or upcoming items. Products in the same order may ship separately. Production + shipping time: 7-12 business days.

Return & Refund Policy

All purchases are final. Returns are only accepted if a product was incorrectly shipped.

If you choose to keep the incorrect item, we will offer the correct product at a discounted price.

Full refund will only be issued for products that are damaged or lost during shipping.
